General Requirements for Professional Members

• Professional dog trainers (as defined by AKC)  who want to use the CRTA grounds for exercising and/or professional training of retrievers.

• Member in good standing of a retriever club or association that has joined the CRTA as a Member club.<Click here for List of Member Clubs>

• Good Sportsman

• Good Character

• No recent occasion of any of the following:

  • Abuse of a dog

  • Abuse of grounds

• Not under suspension or disbarment by AKC, UKC, HRC, NAHRA, or a professional trainers' association.

2017 Professional Membership Fees

• Professional Membership (annual): $1000
  (Includes privileges for one professional assistant when training with the professional member.)

• If joining later in the year reduced fees may apply. See back of application form for fees.

• If spring training at Goose Lake only (Jan 1 - April 30): $600. See application form for details.

2017 Camping Fees

• Nightly member camping if not pre-paid: $20 per night starting January 1

• Pre-paid Camping (annual): $150
  (Trailers cannot be left in the Denverton campground if unoccupied at night unless member has the Special Pre-paid Camping, below.)

• Special Pre-paid Camping (annual): $300

• Spring pre-paid camping at Goose Lake only: $60

• If joining later in the year reduced fees may apply. See back of application form for fees.
